Our courses, playbooks, and prompt packs are delivered instantly by download link.
- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the download link has not been used.
- Once a digital product has been downloaded, the sale is final — the content is already in your hands.
Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)
Our apparel and merch are made to order specifically for you, so we do not accept returns for change of mind. We stand fully behind quality:
- If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.
- Please double-check your size before ordering — our size guide is on every product page.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order or transaction ID and a short description (and a photo, for physical items). We reply within 2 business days.
